Where Do We Stay?

 

All Convivio apartments are recently renovated spaces in the medieval hamlet of Castello di Postignano. The photos below say it all.

 

Meals during Convivio are provided by La Casa Rosa, an onsite restaurant specializing in Umbrian delicacies. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included. Enjoy only the freshest regional specialties, prepared by a Michelin-star chef, and served by a staff that will show you the hospitality of a genuine Italian experience. Furthermore, the wine bar (or enoteca) boasts more than seventy labels, all from Umbria, a region known for its crisp white Grechetto and Orvieto Classico, and the powerhouse red of Sagrantino. 

 

Convivio also offers a range of additional cultural activities including shopping excursions, wine tastings, and nature hikes. You may simply choose, however, to relax by the swimming pool. In short, Convivio brings together creative and intellectual growth, the spirit of camaraderie, and the joys of cultural discovery. This is what Italians mean by la dolce vita.
